Confidentiality and Protection

- You will not face retaliation, penalties or discrimination for speaking up.
- Only authorized representatives will access and review your report.
- If the case concerns a specific department or individual, those persons will not participate in handling the report.
- You may report anonymously, and we will still investigate your case with the same level of diligence.

Your message will be received only by authorized Ethics & Compliance reviewers.
What Happens After You Report?
You will receive an acknowledgement (if contact is possible) within 7 days.
The case will be assessed and investigated by impartial representatives.
You will receive a follow-up response within 3 months, where permissible by law and confidentiality rules.
Appropriate actions will be taken based on the results of the review.
